Accommodations:

 

1.This section contains the specific terms for Accommodations products and services. 

Contractual relationship

2. When you make (or request) a Booking, it’s directly with Popa Cabana - we’re a ‘contractual party'.

3. Popa-cabana.com  owns and operates the Platform.
4. Information about Service Providers (e.g. facilities, house rules and sustainability measures) and Travel Experiences (e.g. prices, availability and cancellation policies) is based on occupancy.

 

What we will do

 

1. We provide the accommodation at Popa Cabana based on availability.

2. Once you’ve booked your Accommodation, we confirm the details of your Booking to you, including the names of the guest(s).

3. Depending on the terms of your Booking, you may be able to change or cancel it if you want. Please contact us using the Contact form or over the phone (available 24 hours a day) if you need help with anything.

What you need to do

1. Fill in all your contact details correctly, so we Popa Cabana can provide you with information about your Booking and, if necessary, contact you.

2. Read these Terms and the terms displayed during the booking process carefully.

3. Take care of the Accommodation and its furniture, fixtures, electronics and other contents, and leave things in the same state they were when you got there. If anything is broken, damaged or lost, make sure you report it to the staff there (as soon as you can, and certainly before you check out).

4. Maintain the security of the Accommodation and its contents during your stay. So don’t, for example, leave doors or windows unlocked.

Price and payment

1. We do not collect online payments and you will not be asked to send us you bank details.
2. Payment to be made at the property on your arrival day, prior to check in.
3. At check in you will be asked to show any form of ID in order for us to issue the invoice for our services.
Amendments, cancellations and refunds

1. Free Cancelation up to 3 days prior your stay.
